As a faith-based community, many of our practices are rooted in consecrated text. Our Creed provides us with guidance about how to live our lives.

Above all else, we believe in the Yearning. The Yearning is a state of mind and spirit toward which we each strive. Not unlike the Buddhist practice of Nirvana, the Yearning involves separating oneself from personal desires. We believe that the Yearning will bring peace on Earth and prepare us for what lies ahead.
